SUBMITTING A RETURN
The easiest way to submit a return is through your profile. Select "Request return" and submit the items you would like to return.Â

ELIGIBILITY
- You must have the receipt, order confirmation or proof of purchase from momofit.com. We are unable to accept returns of purchases made from third party retailers.
- All on clearance items are final sale and not eligible for returns.
- During promotional periods, specific products or product variations may be marked with a money back guarantee. Customers may return these products within 30 days for their money back, with a few limitations below
- To prevent abuse of our return policy, we limit 1 return per product variation, per customer.
- Example: If a customer purchases a product and returns it, their next purchase of the same product variation would be ineligible for the money back guarantee.
- Example: If a customer purchases multiple of the same product variation in a single order, only 1 is eligible for the money back guarantee
- To prevent abuse of our return policy, we limit 1 return per product variation, per customer.

Supplement Products that are not marked with a money back guarantee are subject to a 15 day return period from date of package arrival. To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The product arrived within the last 15 days.
- The product is unopened, in its original packaging.
- For safety, the outer plastic wrapping may cannot be removed.
- Non-food items such as apparel, shaker bottles, or other merchandise are subject to a 30 day return policy
- All clothing and Resistance bands must be unworn, unwashed, with tag(s) and in new condition.
- All packaged items such as shaker bottles must be unopened and in their original packaging

SHIPPING COST
You are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where you received a damaged or defective product. If attempting to return a damaged or defective product, please contact support@momofit.com. The cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

CHARGEBACKS
Chargebacks are monitored and will subject the customer to being put on the no-sell list.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at support@momofit.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCHANGES
We do not accept exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
