30g Protein Mango Yogurt Smoothie
or Ninja Creami!
Ingredients:
1 scoop MOMO Asian Yogurt Protein (25g protein)
1 cup sliced mango, frozen or fresh
1/2 cup milk (4-6g protein)
You can also opt for water and a couple ice cubes if you want a lighter consistency!
Smoothie Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender
2. Blend until smooth and enjoy!
Creami Directions:
- Thoroughly combine 1 scoop of Asian Yogurt protein powder and 4-6oz of your choice of liquid in a shaker bottle
- Pour the protein shake into your Creami container
- Add 1 cup of sliced mango
- Freeze 8 hours or overnight
- Process on 'Ice Cream' setting
- Pour in 3 tbsp of your choice of liquid
- Process on 'Re-Spin' setting
